The Sea Master Shipping GmbH started its activities on October 1, 1997. Shortly after the successful start, customers demanded the handling of airfreight shipments.

The Air Master Shipment GmbH & Co. KG opened its first office on May 1, 1999 at the Frankfurt airport and since then has established itself as official IATA Cargo Agent in the ever booming airfreight market.

Two young companies were established, with an experienced team, high in knowledge of the internationel freight forwarding business and with longstanding global contacts.

The head office is located in Hamburg, one of the leading ports in Europe.

Sea Master Shipping and Air Master Shipping are owned by the Zucht family.

Reinhard Zucht has been in the freight forwarding business for more than 45 years, of which he worked for 13 years in the forwarding and customs brokerage business in the USA.

Sabine Zucht-Wilhelm, the daughter, continues the family tradition after being in the commercial industry for 9 years.
