Important: We are pleased to arrange the application for B-numbers provided that the corresponding original export declarations will be submitted to us latest prior to cargo closing.

Please make sure that in case you trade B-numbers on your own account, we will receive your B-number prior to cargo closing and your B/L instructions prior to vessel departure in order to ensure loading.

Arrival, departure and transit times are estimated and without guarantee and subject to change without prior notice.

When arranging your export documentation please consider the current export and import regulations for the corresponding country of importation in reference to goods, documentation, packaging and license(s) etc.

All charges occured by any offense against valid regulations will be charged to the account of the causing person/shipper.

All shipments having wooden packaging that are not marked with “IPPC“-label will NOT be shipped.

We would like to emphasize that neither the company Sea Master Shipping GmbH nor company Eichholtz & Consorten are responsible for any examination of compliance with valid fumigation regulations.
